Terms of sale

What you're agreeing to.

Overbuilt doesn't run a checkout. Every order starts as a request, becomes a written specification, and is only built once you approve it. These are the terms behind that process, in the same plain language as the rest of the site.

01

How an order works

Nothing on this site is a checkout. You send a request: a starting build, a Bespoke conversation, an Office & Business quote, or a repair booking, and get back a written, itemised specification with a firm price. Nothing is ordered, and no part is bought, until you approve that specification.

Your approval is what forms the contract between you and Enge Commerce OÜ, on the specification as written. Any change after that point is a new specification, agreed the same way.

02

Price & payment

Prices on build pages are shown as ranges because component prices move day to day. Your written specification carries one firm price, inside that range, including 24% VAT for consumer builds. Business orders are quoted ex VAT, per unit.

No payment is taken anywhere on this site. Payment is arranged directly with you once you've approved the specification, before assembly starts. Financing is available to private customers through a financing partner, as a separate agreement, quoted on request — never a badge on the price.

03

Lead time & delivery

Consumer builds: typically 3 to 7 working days from your approval, depending on part availability. Office & Business orders: from 10 working days after approval, larger orders staged. Delivered across Estonia; Baltic delivery on request.

04

Warranty

Every consumer build carries a 2-year warranty on the build: the statutory minimum under Estonian law (Võlaõigusseadus, the Law of Obligations Act) for goods sold to a private individual. Office & Business orders carry 3 years, stated on your specification.

If a part fails within the warranty period through no fault of your own, we repair or replace it. Manufacturer warranties on individual components (a power supply rated for longer than our own build warranty, for instance) pass through to you in full for their own duration, even after ours ends; tell us and we'll help you claim it rather than leaving you to deal with the manufacturer alone.

To make a claim, email info@overbuilt.eu with your reference number. We'll tell you what happens next: normally a drop-off or collection at the workshop, the same as a paid repair.

05

Right of withdrawal

If you're a private individual buying for personal use, Estonian and EU law normally gives you 14 days to change your mind about a distance purchase, with no reason needed (Võlaõigusseadus §56, implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

This right does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised (Võlaõigusseadus §53 lg 4 p 3). Every build we make, each of the six starting builds and any Bespoke build, is assembled to a written specification you approve before we order parts. That makes it custom-made, not stock off a shelf, and the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once you've approved your specification. We say this plainly here and before you approve anything, not as a surprise afterward.

None of this affects your right to a warranty claim under Section 04 above. A fault isn't a change of mind, and it's covered regardless.

06

Business customers

None of the consumer-specific terms above (the 2-year warranty in Section 04, or the 14-day withdrawal right in Section 05) apply to a purchase made by a business for business purposes. Office & Business orders are governed by the commercial terms stated in your written quote: 3-year build warranty, invoiced with VAT on 14-day bank transfer terms, reverse charge for VAT-registered buyers in Latvia and Lithuania.
