Open the build, fill in the request form on that page (or use search by game to find the right one first). Within two working days you get back an itemised, written specification with every part named and a firm price inside the range. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.

The six builds are fixed starting points, not menus. Small requests go in the notes field on the request form and we'll say if they fit. If you want a genuinely different machine — a different case, a different platform, a different budget entirely — that's a Bespoke conversation, not a tweak to one of the six.

Typically 3 to 7 working days from your approval, depending on part availability. That's the build itself; the written specification usually comes back within two working days of your request.

No payment is taken anywhere on this site. Payment is arranged directly with you once you've approved the written specification, before assembly starts.

Your build is assembled to match the specification you approved, not picked off a shelf, so cancelling after approval isn't the same as returning something bought ready-made. Tell us as early as possible if something changes — we'll always say plainly what's still possible at that point.

Diagnostic €45, credited in full if you go ahead with the repair. OS reinstall and cleanup €70–90. Upgrade install €50–70 per component, plus parts. Anything else — hardware faults, liquid damage, unusual jobs — is quoted in writing after inspection.

We say so. If fixing it would cost more than the machine is worth, that's in the written finding, and the diagnostic fee is all you've spent.

Component prices move day to day, so the range on each build page is real, not a placeholder. It already includes 24% VAT, assembly and testing. The written specification you approve carries a firm price inside that range.

Yes, to private customers, through a financing partner, quoted on request — there's an opt-in on the build request and Bespoke forms. It isn't offered to companies; Office & Business orders are invoiced directly instead.

Quoted per unit, ex VAT, for 1 to 50 machines, with larger orders staged. Lead time is from 10 working days after you approve the spec. Invoiced with VAT to your company on 14-day bank transfer terms (reverse charge for VAT-registered buyers in Latvia and Lithuania), with a 3-year warranty on the build — component warranties are handled directly by us, not forwarded to you. It matches the game's published recommended requirements against each build's graphics and processor standing, then estimates an fps range at 1080p, 1440p and 4K. Competitive and esports titles default to the Competitive build regardless of price, for the CPU cache that matters there.
